We want you to love your plant-based milk journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Almond Cow machines and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the Almond Cow and any accessories back into their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
